Home made bird baths

Well! They came out good! They still have leaf parts stuck on, but, I'll scrub that off later. The stupid sugar ants made an anthill under them, in the mounds. Stupid ants. In real life, they are substantial and pretty. The leaf imprinted real well and I am very happy with these things. That base is ugly and short, I'll find something else. Anyhow, I'll put another pic on when I get them cleaned up and situated.

Fantastic turn out, love how the leaf imprint took so well. Make sure you buy a jug of concret sealer, you just paint the stuff on but it good stuff & will help keep your peice in good condition for a long time.

Hey - I love those!! The turned out really nice, DD, and I love that they're "natural" and look like they belong. I'm gonna try it.

It wasn't hard. Anybody can do it. Now I want to try something bigger. I'm good at scupting people so I think I might try a big head. I'll have to think about how to do it.

OO, you did a wonderful job here! I don't know where you get the energy for these projects, but your work is truly inspiring.

I'm shocked I have the energy to even make the garden. The cement really made my hands hurt. I wonder if cement flares arthritic pain? Is that possible?

that is incredible DD. I am sure your mom just loved it. Your so talented and I bet you enjoyed doing it too.

The garden is going to look awesome

My Ma really did love it. I could tell she did. I planted her a little shade garden and put it out there where her bird feeder is. I'll post a picture.
