Mmmm! Chop it up, fry it in the pan with butter, salt, and pepper. Gaseous afterward? Yes but happy tummy.
lol at some are smarter then people - got to love it - althought that phrase "cabbage head" I think is suppose to be an insult lol.

Try bacon fat and onions instead of butter. That is really delicious. For something a little heartier, add the mixture to mashed potatoes!
Yum. Oh, and stuffed cabbage rolls.
Thanks for the tip about the bacon fat.
Now I am hungry for chicken and cabbage dinner.
