OMG! That's what it's all about, right there. Everything else is just filler. Well, except corn on the cob.

Oh God that looks good!!! Give me a warm, sunrippened tomato and I'm a happy camper. My plants aren't even in bloom yet. I'm way up in New England though...Oh well, late July is coming...

Awww, patience, huu? Man, they were good. I feel sorry for people who've never had a real Mater right out of the garden..don't you?

I tell ya - you have such a passion for gardening and your garden knows it and appreciates it.

Pat,
Stuff straight out of a garden always tastes so much better than what comes out of a store. Even when I don't grow my own I make sure I hit all the local farm stands, Corn is another one of my veggie passions, yummmmmm......

I think I'll research why store Tomatos suck and do a post. I think it's because they're never allowed to ripen. Hard green balls shipped for miles..it aint a good thing.

I planted 3 diff corns, I have to see which one tastes best. I planted a hybrid with "extra sugars". Packages usually lie though, it will probably be the Dollar Store seed that's best. That's the way it goes.
