This is how I feel

HA! Now it's your turn. Tell me your worst cumputer (typo, but, leaving it) rage on here. Tell me about the time your computer, or anything that hooks to the computer, pissed you off so bad you wanted to kill it. Be sure and use every form of profanity ever invented. Fucking computer shit!

I've often wondered why every one doesn't go off like this sometimes. It's so fucking frustrating.

I go off like you did over the new camera. If I don't complain about the shit quality of "effort-saving technology" I don't feel like I'm being honest. I see shit everywhere and it looks like the stuff inside a Future Shop.
I'd love to post a rant, but you pretty much covered my schtick in your own rant.

MissTia,
I wish you had asked before you bought the Dell from hell. I coulda toldja that! My daughter got a Dell laptop for college and it was never right. They also had to have her ship it back to them for repairs just a few weeks after she got it. She used student loan money to pay for it! It sucked, she had to take it in to BestBuy to the computer repair place, whats that called? they have little VW Beetles they drive? Anyways, she now has an Apple Macbook. It can never crash, can never get a virus. Those Mac commercials are true! Pixar uses them to create their animation. If you want a keeper, that won't get fried, get a Macbook of some kind. They cost a bit more but totally worth it. And my daughters Dell cost more than her Mac! She went online to Apple and found a factory/refurbished Macbook for $1000. They hardly ever have them and she just happened to check on a day when they had one. It was a trade in. Nothing had been wrong with it. It has a warranty etc. Guaranteed not to crash. Invest in an Apple next time. Steve Jobs is da' man!

Roxanne, my kids were brought up on Apple but now they're both PCers. One has a Dell laptop (university student)with the same story as your daughter. He's still using it though and will probably never switch back.

I swear at almost every new thing that I try like you did at your camera. I usually end up so mad I cry and throw things and DH makes it work.

We used to always have Macs, but we got one of those colored macs all in one and the first one fried it's own motherboard and the second one fought with my DH for so long that he said he wanted to throw it out the window. He NEVER gets frustrated with stuff. We took it back and got a Dell.

Now I have an Acer laptop. DH had to fix that too so that it wouldn't disconnect itself from the wireless network everytime I walked away from it for more than 5 seconds. I have to go and breathe deeply just thinking about such things.............
